Overnights oats to the rescue. “Failing to prepare, is preparing to fail”. Prepare the night before with little to no cleanup involved. Overnight oats are the complex carbohydrates you need to power through your sleepy morning. Let’s take a look at this simple overnight oats recipe, that is guaranteed to start your day off on the right foot. Feel free to substitute the fruits/toppings to keep things new and fun. Enjoy!

What you need:

-Mason Jar

-Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

-Seeds (Chia, Hemp, Flaxseeds)

-Toppings (dark chocolate, coconut flakes, fruits/berries, almond butter, almond slices, granola, honey)

-Milk (almond, hemp, coconut, oat)

How to prepare:

1. Place ½ cup of rolled oats in mason jar.

2. Pour ½ cup of milk into jar.

3. Add tbsp worth of seeds.

4. Add toppings of choice (add sparingly)
