There are a lot of variables on the road to success that we have no control over. Let’s focus on improving the areas in which we can control. “How you do anything, is how you do everything.” Take pride in the little things and it will show with the big things. Below, are Meant 2 Move’s daily checklist for the road to success.
1. Wake up early.
2. Drink more water.
3. Write goals down and place them where they will be seen.
4. Eat healthy (avoid processed foods).
5. Stretch daily.
6. Be patient with yourself (celebrate personal wins).
7. Practice self-discipline (hold yourself accountable).
8. Ask for help (find a coach to help you reach your goals)
9. Be the help (help bring health to others in your community)
10. Go to sleep early!
