HOW MEANT2MOVE GOT STARTED
Hello Naples! I’m Spencer Richardson, founder of Meant2Move. Functional Exercise & Performance Training, located in Naples (Pine Ridge).
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, I was left with damage to my hips and back. When months of traditional physical therapy gave me no relief, I began to study the most advanced techniques for corrective exercise and functional strength training. I recovered from my chronic pain and gained the strength symmetry I needed to keep it that way.
Years of perfecting these strength & mobility techniques has led to amazing transformations, from pain to fitness progressions and injury prevention.
